TheRealPSanders.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, TheRealPSanders.com ships merchandise to many international destinations including Canada, Mexico, Australia, Europe, Asia and Africa. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for data entry errors from the customer such as incorrect address information and/or email addesses. Any packages that are returned as undeliverable by the USPS will be re-shipped after the correct address is verified and shipping charges are paid for by the customer.

Returns and exchanges: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unwashed, unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund less shipping costs. We give our customers 30 business days from receipt of the item(s) to return for an exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Before returning an item please email us at (therealpsanders@gmail.com) explaining what you are returning and why. Price adjustments are not available for items that have gone on sale since being purchased.

TheRealPSanders is not responsible for the return shipping fees. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or mis delivered by the USPS or international shipping carriers. Please inlcude your invoice # and customer contact information for better service.
If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within seven (7) business days of receipt, except during and after holiday season, during which time return processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days.
Canceling Orders: You may cancel and order for a full refund if the item has not yet been shipped or is in the process of shipping.
Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags, and is in the original packaging (if any). Returned merchandise will be refused and returned to you if the item(s) exhibit any obvious signs of wear, smell of smoke, mold or other offensive odor, or are not in the condition in which they were received.
Defective Merchandise: All items are inspected before they are packed for shipping. However, if an item is defective, please contact us immediately at (therealpsanders@gmail.com). All items with manufacturer defects will be accepted for exchange or refund. All original packaging and materials must be returned with your merchandise. We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear. All products MUST be returned with receipts and original tags attached. Please send items back using a trackable posting system. We are not responsible for items lost or mis deliverd by the mail carriers.
Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail at (therealpsanders@gmail.com) if you receive an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the incorrect item back, and we’ll send you the correct item(s) at no additional charge to you.
Order Never Arrived: All the returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping if applicable, a refund will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages.
